On training and meeting days, Jennifer takes it upon herself to personally mobilize members by going from house to house, encouraging their participation, and reminding them of the importance of staying engaged. But her efforts don’t stop there. Together with the cooperative’s secretary, she makes it a point to visit members who are unwell or have been absent from the processing center for a few days—ensuring that no woman feels left out or forgotten.
