Suglo Mbori Buni Cooperative

This cooperative employs a unique management system. The women are broken into family units – currently having a total of 7 families. Each unit has at least 2 pair of rivals (women married to the same man).

This unique system has helped to foster family unity and a great internal quality check as the families view producing the best quality butter.
